MONTICELLO - Robert J. Westfall, 52, who was found dead of carbon monoxide poisoning in the garage at his home on Rt. 1 on Lake Shafer Wednesday afternoon, is survived by the widow, formerly Margaret Hays, and three sons, Robert M. of West Lafayette and William E. and Jon J. both at home. A major in the Army Air Force in World War II, he was a member of the American Legion Post at Crawfordsville where he formerly lived. He was born in Buffalo N.Y. and married in 1942.
